Target: 3MBS listeners and classical music lovers, both existing and potential.
Strategy: Raise awareness of ‘Classically Melbourne’ 3MBS via its annual radiothon by designing a strong image and theme that would excite and encourage existing and new subscribers. Listening to 3MBS is a daily classical habit that relies on listener funding and support. The treble clef coffee says it all.
Result: Through posters, press and on-air promotion the campaign was a huge success raising much needed funds.
